If you understand this concept, you may grow faster than you think

Every human carries within them a seed of change but it does not grow unless it touches the soil of the world’s need

not out of coincidence, but out of lived experience. I’ve seen its truth in myself and in those around me. These may seem like simple words, but they reflect a deep human reality: change is not an external force that descends upon us; it is something born within us, carried silently until the world calls it forth

Each of us, without exception, carries a seed. This seed may be an idea, a talent, a dream, a project, a solution or even a quiet inner revolution. But it remains dormant, hidden, until something happens: we encounter a real need in the world, collide with a broken reality, hear a cry for help, or notice an opportunity slipping away. Only then does the seed begin to stir… only then does it touch the right soil the soil of need and begin to grow toward the light.

How can we live by this concept ?

1. Be aware of your seed

The first step is acknowledging that you carry something unique within you. It might be a talent, a perspective, a sense of empathy, or even deep pain that has transformed into a driving force. Never underestimate what you hold inside

2. Recognize the world’s needs

The world doesn’t lack successful people it lacks people who are honest with themselves, who see the world’s gaps and connect them to their inner strength. Look around: what do people need ? What problem hurts to witness? That’s your soil

3. Connect the inner with the outer

When you see a need and match it with what’s inside you, the energy of change is born. This is the core of leadership, reform, and meaningful living. Don’t just observe act. It's not enough to have something; it must be given when it truly matters

4. Plant the seed, even if growth is slow

Sometimes, you plant your seed and don’t see immediate results. That’s okay. True change takes time to take root. Just as we don’t see the roots of a tree growing underground, we might not see the impact at first but it’s happening

How can this concept benefit you ?

If you’re a young person feeling lost, remember  something valuable lies within you, waiting for the right moment

If you’re an entrepreneur, tie your ideas to real needs not trends or fast profit

If you’re a teacher or mentor, help others discover their own seeds

And if you’re in pain, know that your pain might be the very soil in which change takes root for you and for others

In conclusion

No one is empty. No one is without purpose. But purpose is not handed out it is discovered when the inside meets the outside, when our seeds are watered by the world’s needs. That’s where true change begins. Don’t wait for perfect conditions go and seek the soil
